With the view of strengthening relations between the professional and academic worlds and promoting legal research, VdA has launched the 2010 VdAcademia Award.

The VdAcademia Award is granted annually, through a competition intended to reward the author of the best essay on the proposed theme, the value of the award being € 5.000,00. The competition is addressed to students of Law from Portuguese universities and interested applicants must submit their essays by no later than 23.04.2010.

The subject matters proposed for the 2010 edition are “Arbitration in Private Law” or “Arbitration in Public Law”.
