The 8th Corporate Academies Meeting, dedicated to the theme “Learning Reset – Learning in a fast-paced and complex world”, is now scheduled for 12 November, from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm, at VdA’s office in Lisbon.

In a global context characterised by “cognitive impatience”, a multitude of digital stimuli and constant pressure for efficiency, it is important to ask: is the abundance of sources and formats enhancing our learning or merely multiplying the illusion of knowledge? In the business ecosystem, where transformation has become the only constant, will we need to unlearn in order to relearn? Could practices, models and skills that were once essential now be obstacles to progress?

At this event, we invite Corporate Learning Centres and Learning & Development professionals to reflect with us on how to redefine learning in a fast-paced and complex world, restoring its true meaning, enjoyment and impact.
