In partnership with the Foundation Portuguese Centre, VdA hosts a workshop on Foundational Compliance, on September 21 at VdA Lisbon Auditorium.

Margarida Couto, Telecoms, Media & It’s practice partner, Paulo Olavo Cunha, Corporate & Governance practice partner and Maria Folque Pro Bono Legal Manager, lecture at this workshop.

On the first half they identify and explore the main legal subjects of foundational compliance; on the second half the principles of the ‘Código de Boas Práticas das Fundações’ are debated in a roundtable.
