Sandra Pedro Serrano

Sandra Pedro Serrano joined VdA Academia in 2018 as Head of VdA Academia.

Sandra was a consultant and trainer at a Multinational Consulting and Training in Human Resources Company. For more than 12 years of experience in Organizational Development, coordinated, developed and implemented projects in different organizations and business areas. Was also responsible for the implementation and development of International Projects, in collaboration with the Dubai School of Government.

Specialist in behavioral skills training in Leadership and Team Management, Communication, Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Stress Management, Sandra was responsible for the development and training of several teams of Consultants.

She was a Professor at the Higher Institute of Economics and Management [Postgraduate in Leadership & Management] and at the Catholic Business School at the Catholic University of Porto [International MBA], where she lectured about Emotional Intelligence in Management.

Sandra was also responsible for the creation and structuring of the Human Resources department at Telles de Abreu & Associados.
