Women On Boards Angola
The Women on Boards Executive Program is aimed at empowering women in private and public sector companies so that they have access to direction and supervisory bodies and also targets women already holding such positions, who wish to develop their skills, in a Fit-and-Proper context.
This Program combines a theoretical-practical approach to management, legal and behavioral matters essential to the performance of duties in direction and supervisory bodies with a strong component of active and participatory learning, which can be adapted to the specific needs of the trainees.
- Development of knowledge and skills in key areas for the exercise of duties in direction and supervisory bodies, including management, legal and behavioral matters
- Expansion of the network of contacts and sharing of experiences with keynote speakers, trainers and trainees, from reference organizations, as well as with the PWN - Professional Women’s Network Lisbon
- Provision of a knowledge matrix to solve business practice situations
