HR on Boards Executive Program

VdA Academia, VdA's Labor Practice Area and SHL Portugal have developed an Executive Program to combine the aspects of people development with legal knowledge, which translates into an intensive and comprehensive skills lift for HR managers.

The Program aims to provide HR professionals with tools to respond to new challenges and, at the same time, position themselves to occupy management positions in companies.

  • Development of knowledge and acquisition of tools for occupying Management Positions in companies;
  • Broadening the network of contacts and sharing experiences in lunch talks
  • Practical sessions and group discussion that allow the acquisition of knowledge aimed at solving challenges in business practice

The Program will last 21 hours and takes place in face-to-face format at VdA's Lisbon Office.

The Program will take place in partnership with SHL Portugal.
