Our Joint Initiatives

Protocols

At VdAcademia we aim to strengthen relations between the professional and the academic world. Through the establishment of mutual cooperation protocols with universities and other institutions we support and promote research and development initiatives.

Through these initiatives we wish to promote not only the best interaction possible between the scientific and the professional world, but also the permanent knowledge development of our staff and of society in general.

Our Joint Initiatives

Católica Global School of Law

We established a protocol with the Global School of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University. Under the scope of this protocol, we are glad to sponsor the LL.M in International Business Law, a one year innovative programme, focusing on matters pertaining to Corporate Law with an international overview.

EGP - University of Porto Business School

We entered into a partnership with the University of Porto Business School (Escola de Gestão do Porto – EGP), creating the Advanced Law Firm Management Executive Programme. This pioneering programme was created having VdA’s leadership structure in mind. It consists of the following skill development segments: Strategic Planning, Leadership, Management and Business Development.

Associação de Estudantes da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Nova de Lisboa

We also established a protocol with the New University of Lisbon Law School’s Students’ Association. Within the scope of this cooperation, a Job Portal has been created in which students can find information on professional internships at VdA and its application papers, as well as information on other events and awards. Through this initiative we aim at providing better access to the labour market to Law students.
